Cost
The question I am asked most often is "How much will it cost?" Rarely is it easy to answer that question. Every case is different. There are different facts, different situations, different legal actions taken by the opposing side, and different wants and needs. If the parties, with the help of their attorneys, are able to reach an agreeable resolution, then the costs are lower. If the case has to be tried before the judge or a jury, then the costs are much higher. The costs for services are discussed at the consultation since each case is unique. I always try to balance my clients goals verses the cost to achieve those goals.

The cost of the consultation is $175.00 for a half hour and $250.00 for one hour. When you come for the consultation, please bring all important documents with you. Bring the names, addresses and phone numbers of witnesses or relevant parties. The more information that you bring, the better I can help you. The purpose of the consultation is to give you as much information as possible so that you can make informed decisions on how you wish to proceed with your case.
